Please read these Terms before using SafeCheck. By ticking the agreement checkbox on the access screen and continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms.
SafeCheck is currently provided as a trial / beta product. Features, hazard and control data, pricing, and access arrangements may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
SafeCheck is a decision-support tool to help identify hazards and controls for selected work tasks. It is NOT a substitute for a site-specific risk assessment by a competent person, and does NOT replace your obligations as a PCBU under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and its regulations. You remain solely responsible for health and safety compliance on your sites, including identifying hazards not listed in the app.
Hazard and control information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. SafeCheck does not guarantee that all hazards relevant to any task, site, or piece of work have been identified.
On the Starter tier, all records are stored locally on your device only. SafeCheck is not responsible for data loss from clearing browser data, changing devices, or device failure. You are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of records you need to keep.
By using SafeCheck during the trial period, you agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeCheck, its creators, and anyone associated with its development accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or claim arising from or connected with your use of the app, including any reliance on hazard or control information shown in it.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
